Indian Watch Connoisseur may, from time to time, offer watches owned directly by Indian Watch Connoisseur in its own capacity.

Indian Watch Connoisseur acts solely as an intermediary and facilitator unless expressly identified as the direct seller in a specific Transaction.
Except where Indian Watch Connoisseur is the direct seller, Indian Watch Connoisseur is not a party to any contract formed between a Buyer and Seller and assumes no responsibility for the conduct, statements, representations, omissions, obligations, or performance of either party.

Users acknowledge that all transactions involve commercial, financial, legal, logistical, authentication, market, and operational risks, which are assumed entirely by the participating parties.

Any authentication, inspection, report, opinion, evaluation, assessment, verification, review, commentary, conclusion, or determination facilitated by Indian Watch Connoisseur shall constitute a professional opinion only and shall not be construed as a warranty, certification, guarantee, insurance policy, representation of authenticity, representation of ownership, or representation of future performance.
Unless expressly agreed in writing by Indian Watch Connoisseur, Indian Watch Connoisseur does not independently warrant, certify, guarantee, or represent:

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, all watches are offered, marketed, transferred, and sold on an “AS IS”, “WHERE IS”, and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, with all faults and defects, whether known or unknown.

Luxury watches are complex mechanical instruments and may require future servicing, repair, regulation, restoration, maintenance, replacement of components, waterproofing, lubrication, or performance adjustments.
Variations between photographs and actual appearance may occur due to lighting conditions, camera equipment, image processing, display settings, environmental conditions, viewing angles, and other factors beyond the control of Indian Watch Connoisseur.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indian Watch Connoisseur expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, compatibility, non-infringement, satisfactory quality, or uninterrupted performance.
A Token Amount may be required before a Transaction proceeds. The standard Token Amount is generally twenty-five percent (25%) of the agreed purchase price; however, Indian Watch Connoisseur reserves the right to determine a different amount on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion.
Payment of a Token Amount constitutes confirmation of the Buyer’s intention to proceed with the Transaction and may result in reliance by the Seller and Indian Watch Connoisseur.
Upon receipt of a Token Amount:
Accordingly, Token Amounts may be partially refundable, non-refundable, forfeitable, or otherwise subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Nothing in this section shall obligate a Seller or Buyer to complete a Transaction where circumstances arise that reasonably justify cancellation, rejection, suspension, or termination of the Transaction.
All payments shall be made through payment methods approved or designated by Indian Watch Connoisseur.
Indian Watch Connoisseur reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, delay, reverse, suspend, investigate, hold, restrict, reject, or cancel any payment where fraud, compliance concerns, regulatory concerns, suspicious activity, sanctions concerns, money laundering concerns, identity verification concerns, payment disputes, chargeback risks, or other legitimate concerns are suspected.
Indian Watch Connoisseur may require additional information, documentation, verification, declarations, or supporting records before processing payments.
Ownership of a watch shall not transfer until all payment obligations have been satisfied and the Transaction has otherwise been completed in accordance with the applicable terms.
Indian Watch Connoisseur shall have no obligation to release funds, process payments, or facilitate completion of a Transaction where concerns regarding legality, compliance, authenticity, fraud, ownership, or risk remain unresolved.
Users agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks, payment reversals, payment disputes, recovery proceedings, banking disputes, or similar claims after voluntarily entering into a confirmed Transaction.
In the event of a chargeback, payment dispute, recovery action, investigation, or regulatory inquiry, Indian Watch Connoisseur may provide:
to banks, payment processors, card networks, insurers, regulators, law enforcement agencies, courts, arbitrators, dispute resolution bodies, or other authorized entities.
Users remain responsible for all losses, damages, costs, penalties, legal fees, professional fees, chargeback fees, recovery expenses, collection costs, and liabilities arising from improper, fraudulent, abusive, or unjustified payment disputes.
Indian Watch Connoisseur reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law in connection with payment disputes and recovery proceedings.

Buyers must inspect watches immediately upon delivery.
Acceptance of delivery, use of the watch, modification of the watch, servicing of the watch, resale of the watch, transfer of the watch, or expiration of the applicable claim period shall constitute irrevocable acceptance of the watch except as expressly provided under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Failure to report a qualifying issue within the applicable claim period shall constitute final acceptance of the watch and waiver of any related claims to the fullest extent permitted by law.
A counterfeit claim shall only be considered if:
Independent opinions, social media posts, online discussions, unofficial authentication services, influencers, dealers, collectors, enthusiasts, third-party watchmakers, or unofficial authentication providers shall not constitute acceptable evidence.
Failure to satisfy any requirement of this section shall result in rejection of the claim.
Indian Watch Connoisseur reserves the right to obtain additional opinions, documentation, inspections, evaluations, or expert reviews before determining the outcome of any counterfeit claim.
Sellers represent, warrant, and undertake that, to the best of their knowledge and belief:
Sellers agree to cooperate fully with investigations, compliance reviews, law enforcement inquiries, counterfeit investigations, ownership disputes, and dispute resolution procedures.
If a watch is determined, or reasonably suspected, to be stolen, unlawfully possessed, fraudulently obtained, subject to criminal investigation, or claimed by a lawful owner, Indian Watch Connoisseur may immediately suspend, cancel, reverse, or otherwise restrict the Transaction and may cooperate with law enforcement authorities or other competent authorities as required or deemed appropriate.
Users shall not directly or indirectly bypass, avoid, circumvent, attempt to circumvent, interfere with, or otherwise undermine Indian Watch Connoisseur’s fees, commissions, services, business relationships, introductions, transaction facilitation efforts, or commercial interests.
Users shall not complete, negotiate, facilitate, arrange, solicit, or attempt to complete transactions outside the Platform with parties introduced through Indian Watch Connoisseur, whether directly or indirectly.
Any attempt to avoid fees, commissions, transaction facilitation charges, or commercial arrangements established by Indian Watch Connoisseur shall constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Violation of this section may result in:
The user acknowledges that violations of this section may cause irreparable harm to Indian Watch Connoisseur for which monetary damages alone may be an inadequate remedy. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, users acknowledge and agree that records maintained by Indian Watch Connoisseur, including electronic records, metadata, system logs, communications, screenshots, photographs, videos, transaction records, and digitally stored information, may be relied upon as evidence in any dispute, investigation, arbitration, administrative proceeding, regulatory inquiry, or judicial proceeding.
Users remain solely responsible for all taxes, duties, levies, fees, assessments, governmental charges, customs obligations, import duties, export duties, withholding obligations, and other fiscal liabilities applicable to their transactions unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Indian Watch Connoisseur may collect, deduct, withhold, report, disclose, or remit taxes where required by applicable law.
Users shall cooperate with all reasonable requests relating to tax compliance and reporting obligations.
All Platform content, logos, branding, trade names, business names, text, graphics, photographs, videos, software, databases, compilations, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, trade dress, proprietary materials, and intellectual property rights are owned by or licensed to Indian Watch Connoisseur.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted, displayed, published, sold, licensed, exploited, reverse engineered, or otherwise used without the prior written consent of Indian Watch Connoisseur.

Indian Watch Connoisseur shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, loss, damage, failure, inability to perform, or disruption resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:
Performance of obligations affected by a force majeure event may be suspended for the duration of such event without liability.
Indian Watch Connoisseur may suspend, restrict, limit, disable, or permanently terminate access to the Platform at any time where it reasonably believes that a user has violated these Terms & Conditions, applicable laws, regulatory requirements, platform policies, compliance obligations, or the legitimate interests of Indian Watch Connoisseur.
Termination, suspension, or restriction may occur without prior notice where Indian Watch Connoisseur reasonably believes immediate action is necessary to protect the Platform, its users, its business interests, or compliance obligations.
Termination shall not affect any accrued rights, obligations, liabilities, remedies, or claims arising prior to the effective date of termination.
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Shipping Policy, and any written agreements expressly incorporated herein by reference, constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof.

Any dispute, claim, controversy, proceeding, or cause of action arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, the Platform, or any Transaction shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Users irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection based upon venue, forum non conveniens, or similar grounds to the extent permitted by law.

Without limitation, provisions relating to intellectual property, records and evidence, indemnification, limitation of liability, payment obligations, fee circumvention, governing law, jurisdiction, dispute resolution, confidentiality obligations, fraud prevention, compliance obligations, and enforcement rights shall survive termination.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, users agree that any claim, dispute, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, the Platform, or any Transaction shall be pursued solely on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff, claimant, class representative, class member, private attorney general, or participant in any purported class action, collective action, representative action, consolidated action, or similar proceeding.
If any portion of the foregoing class action waiver is determined to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions of these Terms & Conditions shall continue in full force and effect.
