This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all transactions facilitated through indianwatchconnoisseur.com (the “Platform”) and forms an integral part of the Terms & Conditions of M/s. INDIAN WATCH CONNOISSEUR (“Indian Watch Connoisseur”, “I.W.C.”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By accessing the Platform, participating in a transaction, submitting a payment, paying a Token Amount, purchasing a watch, selling a watch, or otherwise using the Platform, all users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy.
Indian Watch Connoisseur primarily operates as a marketplace facilitator and transaction intermediary connecting independent buyers and sellers of luxury watches.
Many watches listed on the Platform are owned, possessed, marketed, and offered for sale by independent third-party sellers and not by Indian Watch Connoisseur.
Once a transaction has been confirmed, sellers may reserve inventory, reject alternative offers, withdraw listings from active marketing, incur expenses, allocate resources, enter into commitments, and otherwise act in reliance upon the buyer’s confirmation and commitment to proceed.
Accordingly, transactions facilitated through Indian Watch Connoisseur may not be cancelled, reversed, rescinded, or refunded in the same manner as ordinary retail purchases.
Users acknowledge that luxury watch transactions often involve unique, limited-availability, collectible, vintage, pre-owned, or high-value items and therefore require a different cancellation and refund framework than conventional consumer retail transactions.
Indian Watch Connoisseur reserves the right to evaluate each refund, cancellation, or dispute request on its individual facts and circumstances in accordance with this Policy.
To confirm a transaction, a buyer may be required to pay a Token Amount, booking deposit, reservation fee, advance payment, confirmation payment, earnest money payment, or similar amount.
The standard Token Amount is generally twenty-five percent (25%) of the agreed transaction value; however, Indian Watch Connoisseur reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine a different amount depending upon the nature, value, complexity, risk profile, or circumstances of a particular transaction.
Payment of a Token Amount constitutes:
Indian Watch Connoisseur reserves the right to refuse, suspend, reverse, reject, or cancel a transaction prior to confirmation where payment verification, compliance review, fraud prevention procedures, identity verification, ownership verification, or other legitimate concerns remain unresolved.
Once a transaction has been confirmed and a Token Amount has been paid, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that:
Accordingly, cancellation by the buyer after confirmation may result in forfeiture of all or part of the Token Amount.
Indian Watch Connoisseur reserves the right, acting reasonably and in good faith, to determine the amount of any refund, deduction, adjustment, retention, or forfeiture based upon:
No refund shall be guaranteed merely because a buyer changes their mind, experiences buyer’s remorse, identifies a more favorable opportunity, encounters financial difficulties, changes personal preferences, or otherwise elects not to proceed after confirmation.
If a seller withdraws from a confirmed transaction after accepting a deal, Indian Watch Connoisseur may, at its sole discretion, take one or more of the following actions:
Nothing contained in this section shall obligate Indian Watch Connoisseur to compensate a buyer for indirect losses, lost opportunities, market fluctuations, investment expectations, anticipated profits, or consequential damages arising from a seller’s cancellation.
Indian Watch Connoisseur reserves the right to maintain records of seller conduct for fraud prevention, risk management, compliance, dispute resolution, and platform integrity purposes.
Except as expressly provided in this Policy, all watches sold through the Platform shall be treated as final sale transactions.
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, refunds, credits, store credits, replacements, offsets, or other remedies shall not be available for:
Users acknowledge that the purchase of luxury watches involves subjective preferences, market risks, and ownership responsibilities that do not constitute valid grounds for return or refund.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, all watches are purchased, transferred, marketed, and sold on an “AS IS”, “WHERE IS”, and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
Buyers acknowledge and agree that:
Such matters shall not constitute grounds for cancellation, return, replacement, exchange, refund, credit, or compensation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Indian Watch Connoisseur disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, except as expressly stated in writing.
Buyers must inspect the watch immediately upon delivery and prior to any use, modification, servicing, transfer, resale, or alteration of the watch.
Acceptance of delivery constitutes acknowledgment that the watch has been received and that the buyer has been afforded a reasonable opportunity to inspect the watch for any readily apparent issues.
Failure to notify Indian Watch Connoisseur of a qualifying claim within the applicable claim period shall constitute final, irrevocable, and unconditional acceptance of the watch.
Use of the watch, modification of the watch, servicing of the watch, transfer of the watch, resale of the watch, replacement of components, or alteration of the watch following delivery may affect the buyer’s eligibility to assert a claim under this Policy.
Indian Watch Connoisseur reserves the right to reject claims where it reasonably determines that the condition of the watch has materially changed following delivery.
A refund may only be considered where the buyer alleges that the purchased watch is counterfeit.
Counterfeit claims shall be reviewed strictly in accordance with this section and no claim shall be considered unless all requirements set forth herein are fully satisfied.
To qualify for review, all of the following conditions must be satisfied:
The burden of establishing a counterfeit claim shall remain solely with the claimant.
Failure to satisfy any requirement contained in this section shall result in rejection of the claim.
Indian Watch Connoisseur reserves the right to obtain additional opinions, inspections, evaluations, reports, documentation, or expert reviews before making any determination regarding a counterfeit claim.
Submission of a counterfeit claim shall not automatically entitle a buyer to a refund, reversal, cancellation, or other remedy.
The following shall not constitute acceptable evidence of counterfeit status:
Only written confirmation issued by the relevant manufacturer’s authorized service centre expressly declaring the watch to be counterfeit shall be considered acceptable evidence for purposes of this Policy.
Indian Watch Connoisseur reserves the right to independently evaluate the sufficiency, authenticity, reliability, and relevance of any evidence submitted in support of a claim.
Before any refund is approved or issued:
Indian Watch Connoisseur reserves the right to reject refund requests where returned items are incomplete, altered, damaged, substituted, materially different from the originally delivered watch, or otherwise inconsistent with the circumstances of the claim.
No refund shall be issued until Indian Watch Connoisseur has completed its review and determined, in its reasonable discretion, that the requirements of this Policy have been satisfied.
Where a refund is approved:
Refund processing timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
No interest, compensation, damages, penalties, opportunity costs, market losses, or other amounts shall accrue or be payable on refunded sums.
Indian Watch Connoisseur shall not be liable for delays caused by banking institutions, payment processors, regulatory reviews, technical failures, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Users agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks, payment reversals, payment disputes, recovery proceedings, banking disputes, or similar claims after voluntarily entering into a confirmed transaction.
In the event of a chargeback, payment dispute, recovery action, investigation, regulatory inquiry, or fraud review, Indian Watch Connoisseur may provide:
to banks, payment processors, card networks, insurers, regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, courts, arbitrators, dispute resolution bodies, or other authorized entities.
Users remain responsible for any losses, damages, fees, penalties, chargeback costs, legal fees, professional expenses, recovery expenses, collection costs, and liabilities arising from improper, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or unjustified payment disputes.
Indian Watch Connoisseur reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law in connection with chargebacks, payment disputes, and recovery proceedings.
Indian Watch Connoisseur reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject, suspend, defer, limit, or deny any refund request, cancellation request, dispute claim, or related request that appears fraudulent, abusive, misleading, deceptive, repetitive, vexatious, unsupported by evidence, submitted in bad faith, or otherwise inconsistent with the requirements of this Policy.
Without limitation, conduct that may constitute abuse of this Policy includes:
Submission of false, misleading, inaccurate, fraudulent, altered, fabricated, or incomplete information in support of a claim may result in:
Indian Watch Connoisseur reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law in connection with fraudulent or abusive claims.
Indian Watch Connoisseur may investigate any refund request, cancellation request, counterfeit claim, payment dispute, chargeback, ownership dispute, authentication concern, or other transaction-related claim.
In connection with any review, investigation, or dispute resolution process, Indian Watch Connoisseur may request additional:
Users agree to cooperate fully and in good faith with any investigation conducted by Indian Watch Connoisseur.
Failure to provide requested information, failure to respond within a reasonable period, refusal to cooperate, submission of incomplete information, or obstruction of an investigation may result in rejection of the claim.
Indian Watch Connoisseur reserves the right to rely upon transaction records, communications, delivery confirmations, authentication records, payment records, photographs, videos, electronic records, metadata, compliance records, and other relevant information when evaluating a claim.
The determination of Indian Watch Connoisseur regarding compliance with this Policy shall be made in good faith based upon the information reasonably available at the time of review.
Indian Watch Connoisseur reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, modify, supplement, replace, update, suspend, or revise this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time by publishing an updated version on the Platform.
Any revised version shall become effective upon publication unless otherwise expressly stated.
Users are responsible for periodically reviewing this Policy to remain informed of any updates or modifications.
Continued use of the Platform following publication of an updated Policy shall constitute acceptance of such changes.
Nothing contained in this section shall limit any rights, remedies, protections, or powers otherwise available to Indian Watch Connoisseur under applicable law or under the Terms & Conditions.

Indian Watch Connoisseur expressly reserves all rights not expressly granted under this Policy.
Without limitation, Indian Watch Connoisseur reserves the right to investigate claims, request documentation, reject unsupported requests, suspend reviews, delay determinations pending additional information, refuse refunds, restrict Platform access, preserve evidence, cooperate with authorities, and take any action reasonably necessary to protect its users, business operations, compliance obligations, or legitimate interests.
Nothing contained in this Policy shall be construed as limiting any rights, remedies, defenses, protections, or powers available to Indian Watch Connoisseur under applicable law, equity, contract, or the Platform’s Terms & Conditions.
Any provisions of this Policy which by their nature should survive completion of a transaction, cancellation of a transaction, termination of Platform access, closure of an account, or cessation of use of the Platform shall survive and remain fully enforceable.
Without limitation, provisions relating to payment disputes, chargebacks, counterfeit claims, records and evidence, investigations, compliance reviews, fraud prevention, limitation of liability, indemnification obligations, dispute resolution, governing law, jurisdiction, and enforcement rights shall survive completion or termination of a transaction.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Indian Watch Connoisseur shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, special, exemplary, economic, or speculative damages arising out of or relating to any refund request, cancellation request, dispute claim, counterfeit claim, rejected claim, delayed review, or determination made under this Policy.
Without limitation, Indian Watch Connoisseur shall not be liable for:
Users acknowledge that Indian Watch Connoisseur acts primarily as a marketplace facilitator and transaction intermediary and does not assume the commercial risks associated with transactions between independent buyers and sellers.
In no event shall the aggregate liability of Indian Watch Connoisseur arising out of or relating to this Policy exceed the amount of fees actually received by Indian Watch Connoisseur in connection with the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
